React Developer (Q3-25) (PP)

Position Overview:
As part of the Global Delivery team, the Power Programmer will play a critical role in developing cutting-edge solutions for complex engineering projects, platforms, and marketplaces. Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering solutions for large-scale platforms and marketplaces. Work across the entire stack to create high-performance, scalable systems.

Technology Leadership: Stay ahead of the technology curve, continually enhancing your skills to become a Polyglot developer. Use emerging technologies and modern engineering practices to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.

Agile Development: Contribute to end-to-end development cycles in an Agile environment, ensuring efficient delivery of technology solutions with minimal system requirements.

Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with other Power Programmers, open-source communities, and tech user groups to share knowledge, co-create solutions, and contribute to the broader tech ecosystem.

Custom Platform Development: Design and build custom platforms and solutions that cater to specific client needs, focusing on delivering high-impact products and services.

Cloud-Native Engineering: Work on complex engineering projects leveraging cloud-native architectures to develop scalable and efficient systems for large-scale applications.

Client-Centric Solutions: Collaborate with Fortune 500 companies to create innovative products and platforms that address real-world business challenges and drive digital transformation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Expertise in cloud-native architectures and large-scale digital platform development.

Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies (Polyglot approach).

Experience in Agile development methodologies and working in fast-paced, iterative development cycles.
